What are the benefits of using an umbrella cover?

As a thank-you to our customers, every umbrella order comes with a complimentary premium cover — a cream beige protective sleeve made from heavy-duty 600D Oxford fabric with a thick PVC coating.

This high-quality cover is designed for all-season durability and offers multiple benefits, including:

  • Keeps the umbrella clean and helps extend its lifespan during off-season storage.
  • Includes a rod for easy covering and removal—no need for a stool or ladder.

How much wind can the umbrella withstand?

Our umbrellas have been tested to withstand winds up to level 8 (62–74 km/h) when paired with the appropriate base. However, in real outdoor conditions, we recommend closing the umbrella when winds exceed 10.8–18.5 m/s (24–41 mph) to ensure safety.

Can the umbrella be installed into the ground?

Yes, our patio umbrellas can be installed directly into the ground. Each umbrella comes with a cross-shaped base, which can be securely mounted into concrete or other solid surfaces for enhanced stability. While they’re designed for use with weighted bases, ground installation is also supported with proper anchoring.

Does the umbrella come with a weighted base?

No, the weighted base is sold separately. A proper base is essential for stability and safety. We recommend purchasing the umbrella and 430lbs (195kg) base together for optimal performance—and to enjoy a better bundle discount.

Will the Aegis Pro Cantilever Aluminum Umbrella work with my table?

Our Aegis Pro Cantilever umbrellas require clearance from the ground to close so please measure your table's height accordingly. The Square Umbrella will close over tables up to 19" (48cm) tall.

Do l have to use the belt each day?

We recommend that the belt be used whenever the canopy is in the closed position. This will prevent a strong wind from opening the umbrella and potentially causing damage.

Should l close my umbrella when it's not in use?

It is advisable to close all umbrellas when they are not in use, and to close and secure your umbrella during adverse weather conditions.

How can l clean the canopy?

The best way to clean an umbrella is simply using soap, water and a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. The umbrella may have to be removed from the base and partially opened to access the top area of the canopy during washing.

Should l close the canopy when it's wet?

No. Always allow the canopy to dry before closing, or there grows a risk for mold and mildew to form, which can stain the canopy over time.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

For larger or multi-item orders, such as umbrellas, bases, or furniture sets, we may ship items in separate packages based on size and weight. It’s normal for packages to arrive on different days. Please refer to your tracking details, as each package has its own tracking number. If you have any concerns, our support team is happy to assist.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery progress online.

How do l change or modify my order?
