  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Shipping Guidelines (Canada)

  • Orders are shipped from our Canadian facilities for efficient delivery.

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders across Canada.

  • We partner with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


5. Return and Refund Procedures

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 45 days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is unused and in original condition

  • Is returned with original packaging and all accessories

  • Includes valid proof of purchase

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
