At CA Patioslife, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery with full transparency at every step. This page allows you to easily check the status of your order once it has been shipped.


1. Order Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes:

  • Your unique tracking number

  • The courier handling your shipment

  • A direct link to track your package online

You can track your shipment through the official website of the assigned courier:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Purolator

Important: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the first scan.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing Time:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days for most locations in Canada

  • Remote & Northern regions: 5–12 business days

Peak Seasons & Delays:
During holiday periods, severe weather, or courier disruptions, delivery times may be extended. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


3. Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Number?

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Verify the email address used at checkout

  • Contact our support team for assistance

We are happy to resend your tracking information or help check your order status.

If your tracking number is not updating, shows an error, or your package appears delayed, our support team is here to assist.
